Although my kids are 21 and 16, I remember their preschool experiences (shout out to Little Friends in Crestwood in Edmonton!) so clearly. So many amazing memories and good friends! Thank you for sharing so many of Lola's milestones (and yours as a mum!)... they're the perfect reminders of how special that time was. (P.S. 21 and 16 are pretty amazing too... the milestones keep coming and they're still celebrated with as much wonder, joy and, of course, tears.) :))
Love the book bag! Yay for unexpected changes that are actually great! Wishing a great year of pre-K! My daughter is 2 and goes to a preschool now but I am already wondering about her Kindergarten school, I know we will do just as we have with everything else! Take one step and make one decision at a time!
I’d love for you to show more of your lovely new home! I’d also like to see what the organizers did when they unpacked your kitchen for you - I’m always looking for ideas and I love your style! And Lola heading off to pre-k was adorable!
Listened on my drive to a long weekend away and loved it! However, I was listening on the car audio and thought my almost 4 year old had her headphones on. Until she suddenly piped up with “I bet that girl will look really cool and pretty as a vampire” 😂 So now Penelope is apparently a listener too!
Your thoughts on allowing evolution really hit home. Coming up on my baby’s first birthday and feeling all the changes I’ve been through in the last year creep up. Embracing them all in time and allowing for room for growth ☺️
