Loved this post so much! So incredibly freeing to hear that more and more moms are slowing down and hustling less. And so excited to hear about the mom flow event!!
I leaned the lesson of being “mid” maybe 5 years into my real estate career. It’s an occupation that can give me freedom to be a full time mom and also work and support my family and I use it as such. I love my clients and my work but being home with my son is such an amazing reward and I am constantly trying to manage that balance and keep my business growing some but keep my home life flourishing. It’s not an easy balance thou!
Especially love reading your share about “matching friendship energy”. I can totally relate and I feel very a similar to you. I am often the one who initiates, invites and try’s to stay connected with friends. I have a number of great pals that do match this energy and the ones that don’t, I just let them fizzle too. Very relatable topic!
So much to process in this week Erin. You talking about friendship and matching energy really hit for me. I’ve always been the one to reach out and initiate. It can be exhausting. It’s a balancing act to match energy while still giving grace to people.
