Great reminder for us women that we can and should be taking a step back and really diving in to what we want. Unfortunately, so many of us are bringing home the bacon and don’t feel like we can quit (I have fantasies about this sometimes. Ha!). As an exec, my family would be heavily impacted, so I feel quite like I must carry on in a high stress, high stakes job. After losing a significant amount of hair in the late fall from extreme stress, I’ve had to look at how I can change how I approach my current role until I decide the time is right for me and my family to make a change. I will be using this formula as I move forward!

So often i want to verbally process things but it makes sense to see where your feelings are before the outside noise comes in! Great steps!
