Your new post convinced me to download the Substack app and listen for the first time -- love it! ❤️ You are so right about grandparents... I think it helps bring joy and lightness to them in their later years. Ours are pretty involved but it gave me pause to think of different ways we could involve them. Have a great weekend and week next week Erin!
I really love listening to read your newsletter. My husband lost both of his parents in their 60s. So we only have my parents and the love my two girls have for them is just so amazing to see. And I truly think it’s helping keep my parents young.
Listened for the first time as I was getting ready for work - usually read - it's great! Can you please grocery shop and meal prep for me ♡ not my favorite chore.
Thank you for this post! Reading it made me incredibly sad though. I saw what Alzheimer’s did to my grandmother and it seems that my mom is going to go down the same path. I don’t have any kids yet and well I’m not sure if I ever will and I know it’s something she’s always wanted to experience. I fear if it happens for me it might be too late for her and it kills me. Not much I can do about it but I pray I still have many more years with her before she doesn’t recognize my face.
Loved as always! And I’ve started bringing my Mum and Gramma (my son’s Great Gramma!) along to watch his swimming class and they all love it. It’s been a beautiful gift for me to see, especially after some less-than-ideal relationship years with my mum
I’m loving the colours!!! Also love this note about grandparents. I geographically wasn’t close to mine so love them but just don’t have that closeness. Seeing the grandparents so invested and involved with Cal has also been so eye opening for me 🤍

Love the new flow of the mom flow!
I love the way you are incorporating the grandparents more! With our little babe on the way I want the grandparents to have a big part in his life!

Such an emotional mom flow! Thanks for sharing
Loved listening as always ♥️
I thought it was a really nice gesture to bring Papa Charlie to Lola's friend's bday. Sounds like you all had a nice time.
